Product Description

YGXJ -60 type sucker rod straightener is a special equipment to straighten bent sucker rod. This machine adopts two-one-two-one type six hyperbola cross rolls driving rotation straightening. Use large tonnage hydraulic oil cylinder to drive cross rolls in radial direction to make butt clamp of sucker rod and adopts large torque speed adjusting reducer to make the cross roll rotate and drive sucker rod for straightening. So the machine can continuously straighten the bent pumping rod with the end of thread or coupling, and has rapid straightening speed, high production efficiency, convenient operation and reliable working, which is the ideal equipment to repair bent oilfield pumping rod.
